This book was both motivational and inspirational; another reminder of our manifestational powers, and that we have to allow ourselves to receive the gifts we seek. As they describe it, if you set out on a journey with every intention of reaching your destination you will, eventually, get there. If you keep changing your mind, doing about turns and the like, your journey will take far longer!

There are also many techniques on for maintaining focus included, including making a lovely "Magical Creation Box."
